As a former French Army colonel, Jean-Marc has a solid experience in managing large operational structures. The international dimension of his career (NATO/EU) gives him great mastery of the challenges of defence markets, particularly in the field of innovation.
IHEDN auditor, he graduated from the Saint-Cyr Military Academy and from Sup’Aéro as an engineer in aeronautics and space.
Benoît has been practicing European Public Affairs for 20 years. He provides his clients with a large “Brussels” network as well as a tailor-made decoding of the EU arena practices and policies.
His broad commitment within the EU’s Military Capabilities Policy gives him proven abilities to monitor, lobbying and contribute to access to EU funding, in the fields of security and defence in particular.
Communications and ethics
Farah has worked in the defence and security sectors at the institutional level for ten years.
As a consultant, she now supports organizations in projects that require a detailed knowledge of contemporary geopolitics and the implementation of communication strategies adapted to its challenges.
EU Defence policy and projects setting-up
Romain de Calbiac has been helping companies secure and expand their operations in Europe and overseas, in dangerous areas, for the past five years.
He brings his expertise of project management, acquired both in the field of consulting, supporting defence and security industry related programmes, and in the field of public sector, working with the armed forces.
Project Management Officer
Eder is graduated in Business Administration with a postgraduate in finance.
He has been working at the international level since the beginning of his career. First in the International department of a Spanish banking entity, then participating in the International expert program where he got involved in the scope of the European project.
NATO Institutional relations officer
Coline holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France).
After a year of international mobility in Colombia, she worked in the French Senate as a parliamentary assistant, then in a Parisian public affairs firm before joining the “Defence Organisation and Military Capabilities” department at the French Ecole de Guerre.
EU Institutional relations officer
Luis Enrique is a specialist of European Affairs and International Security, focusing on the European defence industry.
In the past, Luis has worked in the European Parliament and as a researcher, dealing mostly with Foreign Affairs and Defence.
Stéphane is a graduate of the Saint-Cyr military academy, a doctoral candidate in social sciences and a former army colonel in transmissions and special forces. He was active in NATO for many years.
With broad and varied operational experience (UN, EU, NATO), he is now a consultant helping organisations manage projects that consider gender dynamics and energy transition.
Junior Project Manager
Guido is currently completing a Masters in International Security at the School of International Affairs at Sciences Po in Paris. He previously studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Parma in Italy.
Prior to joining C&V, he worked with the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps ITA (Varese, Italy) and the NATO Allied Command Transformation (Norfolk, Virginia), focusing on strategic concepts and military innovation, particularly through emerging and disruptive technologies.
Head of Human Resources and Administration
Claire-Emmanuelle has worked in multiple sectors, both public and private, in France and Belgium. From small/medium sized companies to large international groups, she developed an operational and management expertise.
Former CEO of her own company, she provides HR and organizational structure to support C&V Consulting’s development.
