C&V Consulting strengthens its teams with two highly expert profiles to support its clients in conquering the EU and NATO defence markets.
👉 Eder Cerro joins the company as Project Management Officer. He is in charge of managing projects related to the European Defence Fund, in particular, the FARADAI and INDY projects selected by the European Commission in 2022 and for which C&V Consulting is a partner.
Eder graduated in Business Administration with a postgraduate in finance. He has been working in the international scope since the beginning of his career. First in the International department of a Spanish banking entity. And later, while participating in the International expert program from the Basque Government, managing 70 stakeholders while getting involved in several European projects. He has constantly been working in direct contact with the client and has undergone Project Management related courses. He speaks fluent Spanish, Basque and English, and he has recently started French and German.
👉 Luis Enrique Moya Canovas is the point of contact of the institutions (EU/NATO) for C&V Consulting and its clients. He holds the strategic position of Institutional Relations Officer.
Luis is a specialist in European Affairs and International Security, focusing on the European defence industry. In the past, he has worked in the European Parliament and as a researcher, dealing mostly with Foreign Affairs and Defence. He has a Master in International Security from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from Boston University. Luis has lived in Spain, the United States, France and Belgium. He speaks fluent Spanish, English and French and is learning Japanese.
